• For a more relaxed experience, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment for consultation and to prepare for your treatment. As a courtesy to all our clients, please understand that all appointments need to begin and end on time.
    • To keep our rooms clean, we ask that our clients enjoy tea and water at reception or the foot bath area. Please do not bring any beverages inside the room.
    • All mobile phones and electronic devices must be turned off or switched to silent mode before entering the spa areas.
    • To keep the premises clean, our customers will be asked to leave their footwear outside of the spa areas and change into slippers provided by FLOW.
    • Our staff will guide you to change into the attire prepared by FLOW prior to treatment inside the dedicated treatment room.
    • Jewelry, watches, and any wearable items must be removed before treatments. Customers are asked to keep any valuables by their side or inside the lockable drawer in their treatment room. FLOW is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
    • We ask that our customers refrain from speaking loudly in the spa area.
    • Abstaining from bringing infants or young children will help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all spa customers.
    • Please respect the privacy of all other customers.
